Cutting Oil Additive
Introduction
CONS is Soluble Cutting Oil Additive. It is a brown color, napthenic or
paraffinic oil soluble, biostable semi-synthetic product particularly
recommended for all machining operations.
Formulation
Recommended at: 12% to 22% by weight
In either napthenic or paraffinic base oils. Satisfactory emulsions
can be formulated at 5:1 to 100:1 water to oil ratio Meeting the
requirements of Soluble Cutting Oil, IS : 1115.
